During our recent trip to Armenia (May 2017) we visited one of the most beautiful places, I’ve ever seen. It is called Noravank Monastery (Wikipedia) and it is located in a dramatic setting, surrounded by red rocks and mountain streams. As we were walking around this amazing place, we met a priest, who is serving in this monastery and its church.
After a brief conversation it became clear that Father Sahak M. is an unordinary person. It is hard to put this emotion into words, but just his presence and his manner of speech created a special feeling in everyone who was standing near him.
At the end of the meeting, Father Sahak showed us a few of his photographs, taken around the monastery with a simple mobile phone. With his permission and blessing, I’m honored to exhibit Father Sahak’s work in my blog. Enjoy and try and visit Noravank, if you have an opportunity to do so!
